Can I get a refund?

In the US: payments are final, except where the law requires or our money-back guarantee applies.

• Money-back guarantee: if the plan you bought showed it, use Fatesight for at least a week and, if you don't notice any progress, write to support@fatesight.com within 14 days of your first payment. We refund that payment in full.
• EU, Norway and the UK: you can withdraw within 14 days, from your account. We refund what you paid for the days you didn't use.
• Brazil: you can withdraw within 7 days of your first payment: write to support@fatesight.com.
• Elsewhere: to ask for a refund, write to support@fatesight.com with the date and the amount.
• A charge you didn't make: write to support@fatesight.com with its date and amount, and we refund it.

Banks usually show a refund within 5 to 10 business days. Our refund policy has the details.
