Refund Policy

Money-back guarantee

If the plan you bought showed our 100% money-back guarantee: use Fatesight for at least a week and, if you don't notice any progress, write to support@fatesight.com within 14 days of your first payment. We refund that first payment in full and the membership ends. The guarantee covers the first payment for a plan bought on our website; it doesn't cover renewals, add-ons or other purchases. If another offer promised a different guarantee, we keep that promise.

Memberships

• You can cancel at any time. The membership ends at the end of the period you've paid for and isn't charged again.
• In the EU, Norway and the UK, you can withdraw within 14 days and we refund what you paid, less the days you used (see our terms).

Refunds in the US

All payments are final and non-refundable, except where the law requires. You can cancel at any time (see Memberships above); a charge you didn't make is refunded (below).

Withdrawal in Brazil

In Brazil you can withdraw within 7 days of your first payment (Consumer Defence Code, art. 49): write to support@fatesight.com and we refund it in full; the membership then ends. Renewals are final.

A charge you didn't make

If a charge from FATESIGHT.COM wasn't made by you or someone you allowed, write to support@fatesight.com with its date and amount. We'll refund it and cancel the membership.

How refunds are paid

To the card you paid with, through Stripe, or to your PayPal account if you paid with PayPal. Banks usually show a refund within 5 to 10 business days.
