October 28 is Scorpio: at noon UTC on this date from 1950 to 2010, the Sun stood between 4°15' Scorpio and 5°26' Scorpio, in the first decan, with the constellation Virgo behind it.

What the first decan of Scorpio is read as

The first decan of Scorpio is read as Scorpio twice over, intent and hard to read. People here tend to notice who is lying and keep it to themselves. In love they want all of it or none of it, and at work they outlast anyone who underestimates them.

What the number 1 adds

Numerology reads a birthday that comes to 1 as the mark of someone who starts things. It tends to mean a strong preference for your own way of doing a job, and for a partner who won't try to run you.
