Why two people get different answers
Everyone with the same Sun sign has the same windows on this page, because they count from the Sun. A full chart counts from your rising sign, which depends on the hour and place you were born, and it adds the planet that rules your 7th house and where Venus sits. That is why a sister or a friend with your sign can marry in a very different year. If you know your birth time, the birth chart reading does that sum for you.
What to do with a window
A window is a good time to act, not a date to wait for. If you are with someone, it is a natural time to talk about what you both want and what a shared life would actually look like.
